2.3 Image Privacy and AI Processing

Important Privacy Notice:

  • Images are not protected: Photos you upload are transmitted to third-party AI systems for processing
  • No encryption guarantee: While we use standard HTTPS, images are processed by external AI providers
  • Third-party processing: Your images are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI system for analysis
  • No storage guarantee: While we do not permanently store your images on our servers, they may be temporarily processed and cached by AI providers according to their terms of service
  • Do not upload sensitive content: Do not upload images containing personal information, sensitive documents, or anything you wish to keep private

By uploading an image, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these privacy limitations and consent to having your image processed by third-party AI systems.

2.4 No Accuracy Guarantee

AI-generated fashion suggestions are provided "as is" without any guarantees of accuracy, suitability, or appropriateness. The suggestions are automated and should not replace your personal judgment or professional advice.
